• PULSAR Terminal (the "Software") is a technological tool — a trading utility panel / add-on for MetaTrader 5. It assists with order execution, position management, and trade management.
• The Software is not an automated trading system (Expert Advisor), signal provider, or portfolio management tool. It does not autonomously open, close, or manage trades without user action.
• The Software does not provide investment, financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice. It does not take into account your individual financial situation, objectives, or risk tolerance.
• Astralys LLC is not an investment adviser, broker-dealer, financial planner, or regulated financial institution. We do not hold any financial services license or registration.
• Any information, examples, parameters, tutorials, or educational material provided in the Software, on our website, or in any documentation is for general illustrative and educational purposes only and does not constitute a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument.
• You remain solely and entirely responsible for all your trading decisions and for compliance with all applicable laws, exchange/broker rules, and regulatory requirements.

2. Advertencia de Trading de Alto Riesgo

• Risk of loss: Trading leveraged financial instruments carries a high degree of risk. A significant majority of retail investor accounts lose money when trading CFDs, forex, and similar products. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
• Market conditions: Market volatility, liquidity gaps, slippage, execution delays, price gaps (especially over weekends or during news events), and other adverse market conditions can materially impact your trades and result in losses beyond your initial expectations.
• Leverage risk: Leverage amplifies both potential gains and potential losses. You may lose more than your initial deposit.
• No profit guarantee: Neither the Software nor Astralys LLC guarantees any specific trading results, profits, or performance. There is no guarantee that the use of the Software will improve your trading outcomes.
• Independent assessment: Before engaging in trading, you should carefully consider your financial objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite. Seek independent professional advice if necessary.

3. Error del Usuario, Operación Incorrecta y Configuración

• Incorrect order parameters: The Software executes orders based on the parameters you set (lot size, stop-loss, take-profit, etc.). If you enter incorrect values (e.g., wrong lot size, missing stop-loss, incorrect symbol), the Software will execute accordingly. You are solely responsible for verifying all order parameters before execution.
• Accidental clicks & misclicks: The Software provides buttons and controls for rapid order execution. Accidental or unintended clicks that result in orders being placed are your responsibility. We strongly recommend using the confirmation features available in the Software.
• Failure to understand features: You are responsible for learning how the Software works before using it with real funds. We provide documentation and demo versions for this purpose. Losses resulting from misunderstanding features or functionality are not our responsibility.
• Improper configuration: Incorrect MetaTrader 5 settings (e.g., AutoTrading disabled, incorrect broker connection, wrong chart timeframe, missing symbol permissions) may cause orders to fail or behave unexpectedly. You are responsible for properly configuring your platform.

4. VPS, Infraestructura y Conectividad

• VPS requirement: Running MetaTrader 5 on your local computer exposes you to risks including power outages, internet disconnections, system crashes, Windows updates, sleep mode, and accidental shutdowns. Any of these can interrupt the Software's operation and result in unmanaged open positions, missed stop-losses, or unexecuted orders. You assume all risk if you choose not to use a VPS.
• VPS reliability: Even when using a VPS, you are responsible for choosing a reliable VPS provider, maintaining adequate uptime, monitoring VPS health, and ensuring stable connectivity to your broker's servers.
• Internet connectivity: The Software requires a stable internet connection to communicate with the MetaTrader 5 platform and your broker's servers. Latency, packet loss, DNS failures, or network outages can affect order execution. Astralys LLC is not responsible for connectivity issues.
• Hardware & software failures: Astralys LLC is not responsible for losses arising from hardware failures, operating system issues, antivirus interference, firewall blocking, or any other local environment issues that may affect the Software's operation.

5. Verificación y Monitoreo de Órdenes

• Execution verification: After placing any order through the Software, you must verify its execution status in the MetaTrader 5 terminal (Trade tab, History tab, Journal). Do not assume an order was executed or cancelled without verifying.
• Partial fills & rejections: Orders may be partially filled, rejected, or requoted by your broker for reasons beyond the Software's control. You must check for such situations and take appropriate action.
• Pending orders: Pending orders (limit orders, stop orders) may or may not be triggered depending on market conditions, broker execution, and price gaps. You are responsible for monitoring your pending orders.
• Position monitoring: You must regularly monitor your open positions and account balance/equity/margin levels. Running unmonitored positions — especially with leverage — carries extreme risk.
• Discrepancies: If you notice any discrepancy between what the Software displays and your actual broker account state, you should always rely on your broker account as the source of truth and contact your broker immediately.

6. Errores de Software, Defectos y Limitaciones

• No software is perfect: Despite our rigorous testing, quality assurance, and commitment to excellence, no software is entirely free of bugs, errors, or unexpected behavior. The Software is provided "as is."
• Due diligence: Astralys LLC is committed to maintaining the highest standards of software quality. We actively monitor for bugs, listen to community feedback, and release updates and patches to address reported issues as quickly as reasonably possible.
• No liability for bugs: Notwithstanding our best efforts, Astralys LLC shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or adverse consequences arising from software bugs, errors, glitches, latency, crashes, incorrect calculations, display errors, or any other defect, whether known or unknown at the time of occurrence.
• MetaTrader platform issues: The Software operates within the MetaTrader 5 environment. Bugs, updates, or changes to MetaTrader 5 by MetaQuotes may affect the Software's functionality. Astralys LLC is not responsible for issues caused by MetaTrader 5 platform bugs, updates, or changes.
• Broker-specific issues: Different brokers may have different execution models, symbol naming conventions, commission structures, and server configurations. The Software may behave differently across brokers. Astralys LLC is not responsible for broker-specific incompatibilities or issues.
• Update responsibility: You are strongly advised to keep the Software updated to the latest version. Astralys LLC is not responsible for issues that have been resolved in newer versions if you continue to use an outdated version.

7. Plataformas y Servicios de Terceros

• MetaTrader 5: MetaTrader is developed and maintained by MetaQuotes Ltd. Astralys LLC has no control over MetaTrader 5's functionality, performance, stability, updates, or availability. Issues arising from the MetaTrader 5 platform are the responsibility of MetaQuotes and/or your broker.
• Brokers: Your broker is a separate third-party entity. Astralys LLC has no control over and bears no responsibility for your broker's execution quality, pricing, spreads, slippage, requotes, server stability, regulatory compliance, solvency, or any other broker-related matter. Choose your broker carefully and perform your own due diligence.
• VPS providers: If you use a VPS, the reliability and performance of that service is governed by your agreement with the VPS provider. Astralys LLC is not a party to that agreement and bears no responsibility for VPS downtime, performance, or data loss.
• Data feeds: Market data (prices, charts, quotes) is provided by your broker and/or third-party data providers. Astralys LLC does not provide, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of any market data.

8. Sin Garantía de Resultados

• The Software is a tool. Like any tool, the outcome depends entirely on the skill, knowledge, and decisions of the user.
• No representation or guarantee is made that the Software will generate profits, prevent losses, or produce any specific financial outcome.
• Past performance of any trading strategy, system, or methodology is not necessarily indicative of future results.
• Any examples, demonstrations, screenshots, or testimonials shown on our website, documentation, or marketing materials are for illustrative purposes only and do not represent guarantees of future performance.
• Hypothetical or simulated performance results have inherent limitations. Unlike actual trading, they may not reflect factors such as lack of liquidity, slippage, and commissions. Hypothetical results are provided for educational purposes only.

9. Limitación de Responsabilidad

• This includes, without limitation, losses arising from: software bugs, user error, misoperation, incorrect configuration, VPS/infrastructure failures, broker issues, internet connectivity problems, MetaTrader platform issues, market conditions, or any other cause.
• Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
• You expressly agree that your use of the Software is at your sole risk.

10. Asunción de Riesgo

By using the Software, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• You understand the high risks involved in trading financial instruments.
• You are willing to accept those risks and are financially able to bear potential losses, including a total loss of your investment.
• You have read and understood our Terms of Service and this Legal Disclaimer in their entirety.
• You will not hold Astralys LLC liable for any trading losses, regardless of their cause.
• You will thoroughly test the Software on a demo account before using it with real funds.
• You will use appropriate risk management (stop-losses, proper position sizing, etc.) at all times.
• You will verify all orders and monitor your positions regularly.
• You understand that the Software is a tool and that trading outcomes depend entirely on your own decisions and market conditions.

11. Descargo de Responsabilidad Regulatorio

• The Software is not registered with, regulated by, or approved by any financial regulatory authority in any jurisdiction (including but not limited to: the SEC, CFTC, NFA, FCA, ESMA, ASIC, or CySEC).
• The availability and legality of the Software and of leveraged trading may vary by jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Software complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
• The Software is not intended for distribution to, or use by, any person in any jurisdiction where such distribution or use would be contrary to local law or regulation.

12. Propiedad Intelectual y Antiplagio

• The Software — including its source code, compiled code, algorithms, user interface design, visual layout, look-and-feel (trade dress), color schemes, panel configurations, workflows, documentation, graphics, logos, and all related materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Astralys LLC, protected by copyright, trade dress, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
• Copying, cloning, reverse-engineering, or creating any product that is substantially similar to the Software in its design, interface, visual appearance, workflow, or feature set is strictly prohibited and will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
• Astralys LLC actively monitors marketplaces, forums, and distribution channels for unauthorized copies or clones. We reserve the right to file DMCA takedown notices and pursue all available legal remedies, including injunctive relief, statutory damages, disgorgement of profits, and attorneys' fees.

• The Software incorporates Lightweight Charts™ v5, an open-source charting library developed by TradingView, Inc., licensed under the Apache License 2.0.
